That and the cable deal the Dodgers have is Eff'd up. Heard on the radio the other day that it's through one of the cable providers there, that is hard to get in many places in the surrounding area.

Well, that explains the numbers. How does a franchise like the Dodgers let that happen?

Looks like the roys being awesome has made all of baseball's ratings go up.

Everyone's except the Dodgers. That one was pretty  :sdeek: to me. They are in first place.

yeah they have garbage fans

http://espn.go.com/mlb/attendance

They actually have really good fans, mocat.

Nobody said the Dodgers have bad fans. You are arguing with yourself, and have been for a couple of pages now. I get that you don't like me, but you should let me out of your head so you can go back to being a good poster again.

I went to a Phillies game a few years back and it was so empty. That makes a lot of sense.

Baseball ratings seem insanely high this season based on those two graphs. Are they graphs? Paging @Chingon.

Oakland is way too high, yankees and mets too low. you can't penalize them that much for being in the largest metro

There is a chart on page 2 of the article that shows just how big the difference is. Numbers are up almost across the board with a few exceptions. The Royals and Cubs are particularly eye-popping.

The Royals have told clubs they're not open to moving their most advanced pitching prospects, such as Brandon Finnegan, John Lamb or Kyle Zimmer.

i'm kind of surprised Finnypoo isn't on the table. he deserves better than how he's been handled imo

Great idea, Roys. Let's just sit on Lamb and watch the cobwebs collect.

I have a coworker who thinks Ventura is on cocaine.  Mentioned how (compared to the other players) he was sweating his ass off, looked like he dropped 10 lbs. and thought his complexion was a bit green.  Compared him to Quin Snyder.

It's not me, is it?

Cuthbert up. Coleman down.

this makes me very happy, although i'd still prefer if he was killed as an example for any other minor leaguers coming up and thinking about sucking.
