That wasn't an easy play for Young, but nonetheless, that was a poor throw.   Should have been an out.

Royals have allowed fewest unearned runs this year of anyone in MLB.

i hope the royals use that steal third against the shift play at some point.  looks like a pretty fun play.

oh, and dax, i hope you were watching the a's broadcast that last half inning.  they did that "we're gonna talk to an old man instead of broadcast the baseball game this inning" thing.

2 errors now. Neither run scores if we 0 in the error column

Esky really has cleaned up those "what was that" type of error on a routine play.  Seemed like he hurried that throw for whatever reason. He was out by several feet on a normal good Esky throw

I will ditto what I said last night... Love to see these Royals taking more chances on the base paths. Atta boy Morales cashing them in with 2rbi hit. Love it

esky not running is starting to get weird.  if he's gotten slow all of a sudden, someone needs to do something to get him fast again.  and if he hasn't gotten slow, he needs to steal some goddamned bases.

they need to pinchrun dyson more too.  pretty much anytime morales, perez or moose gets on in the 7th 8th or 9th it should be an auto dyson sub in.

Guys, last year I know most of you remember game in Toronto where an error in 9th helped gift wrap a run and we won in 10. We were struggling, 24-28 at the time. Since then, we have played 100 games away from the K.

So Posse stat of the night....
Royals are 63-37 last 100 road games. #RoadWarriors baby!!

I'm so glad that the Royals and the Chiefs don't play in the same stadium.

I wish they didn't play in the same city.

I concur with Sys about Eski stealing. We Dont have a true leadoff hitter, so having speed that can steal at leadoff is nice. He is hitting over .280 this year after hitting over .300 in Last month + playoffs at leadoff.

Hope he hasn't lost a step, but he needs to run more.
