Watching a little Minn Boston on MLB.  What a train wreck of team the Sox are.   Since the 5th inning, they had a runner get picked off of 1st, had a runner get tagged out trying to go from 2nd to 3rd on grounder, shoulda  stayed at 2nd.  Then the next batter gets a single, and Fatass Napoli tries to score from 1st and is out by a mile at home

They also have 3 errors.  The last one just occurred.  1st and 2nd, Maurer bunts it 5 feet in front of home plate. Easy throw to 3rd, right. Catcher throw it low.   Panda Bear should have been able to scoop up but he fails badly.  wheels falling off now.  Twins were down 4, now lead 8-4 with 4 in the 9th

3 base running miscues.  3 errors. So glad our team doesn't look like this Bad News Boston team.

big ol' giant young on the mound for your team in a big ol' giant park is the safest, best feeling in the world.

Bourne single off Young glove changed that inning. If he snags or it takes a friendlier bounce toward Omar, the damage is far less

Leadoff walk. Refuse to try and steal him. 8th/9th hitters are so trustworthy hitters, I guess we Dont need to steal. :Ugh:

Let's steal attempt with 2 strikes and strikeout again

The Indians are a better team than we are.

Moss is fastball hitter. First Guthrie, then Young...Dont throw a 2 strike fastball that is up and almost right down the pipe. Location issue indeed.

posse, you're probably right for the vast majority of pitchers, but young's entire career is built on throwing high slow fastballs that mysteriously everyone pops up.

I know, he changes height location great (high pitch then low pitch).  I was listening on radio but Denny made it sound like that was WAY to hittable for an 0-2 pitch.

Rock bottom won't happen until we get swept by St Louis next weekend.

Frasor has a 0.52 ERA, and I am not totally sure he isn't the odd man out once Medlen is ready to join the team.
The last 39 batters he has faced.   He has gotten 21 out.  Allowed 12 hits, and 6 walks (1 was intentional).   He hasn't had a 1-2-3 inning the last 9 times he has pitched

Volquez-Ventura-Vargas-Young-Duffy-Guts
Medlen-Morales-Hoch-Madson- and then HDH

That is 13 pitchers and only 1 lefty in the bullpen unless Duffy ends up being there.  Things can change by the time Medlen is on this roster, but I don't think any of these guys have any options available to send down to Omaha.   Frasor just might end up being some trade bait kinda like Danny Valencia ended up being last year
