they rushed rios back too soon.  he didn't even hit anything in aaa.  they should have kept him there until he was not just on the verge of healthy, but healthy and hitting well.

by that time someone else would probably have been hurt and orlando could have stayed.

hope yost pulls ventura after 6th.  it's not that he couldn't keep pitching with his low pitch count.  but it'd be stupid.  pull him and you improve your odds of winning today's game, decrease the odds of injury and you leave a little more in his arm for september and october

I was ok with leaving in Ventura.   That being said, not too many things irritate me more than walking a batter, then giving him 2nd on a wild pitch.   Ventura was so good today, hated to see his day end like that.
