Yeah. Roys get a couple across in the 2nd. San Fran comes back with a run in the 3rd, Roys add one more in the bottom half. Bum comes in with the Royals ahead 4-1 in the 5th. Royals get one off of Bum when Hos hits another jack. San Fran tacks a meaningless run on late, Roys win 5-2.

G'ma Fedor is 102, this is likely her last chance to see the Royals win the series.  She has stayed incredibly sharp mentally but has been slipping lately.  I think this is the only thing that has held her interest or been exciting to her for quite a while.  I bought her a Royals shirt before game 1 but I doubt she has managed to stay awake to see the 9th inning of a game yet.  Anyway, Go Royals!

Guys, whatever happens tonight, this has been a fun ride. I mean, this thread has become the most posted in topic in the history of this board over the course of this summer. We've discussed the highs and lows and followed this team with everything we've had. Its hard to believe that after tonight there will be no more Royals games to post about. And after tonight there is a distinct possibility that one of the Top 3 sports teams I follow the most (Cat FB, Cat BB, Royals) could be THE champion. The moment of truth is almost upon us.
