I'm a huge Angels fan, Hudler and Physioc were Anaheim's announcers for the longest time. The Angels didn't renew their contracts after the 2009 season, which sucked. They were my favorite. I'd gladly trade current Angels announcer Mark Gubicza for Rex and Fizz. Sounds like everyone comes out a winner in that scenario.

Hudler was always a guy who Angels fans either loved or hated, but more fell on the love side than the hate side. His enthusiasm and passion for the game makes watching baseball much more fun, and Physioc (EMAW grad

) complements his happy go lucky style perfectly. I really don't like to listen to Gubicza's droning voice and stupid sayings.

Once you start viewing Hud as an entertainer and not an elite baseball mind, he becomes just the best.

Hated Hud at the beginning of last year but he grew on me throughout the year.

Like others have said he is an entertainer not an elite baseball mind and that is all and good. Baseball games take to long and they play to many of them, you need a guy like rex to break up the monotony.

For cons, he did get arrested for marijuana and paraphernalia possession at the KCMO airport while he was working for the Angels, but Rex really does need some weed to balance himself out
