Like, I've had several friends say "Man I've never watched much baseball, but wow this is fun! I'm enjoying the Royals!" I'm glad those guys get to see how great baseball can be. Let the bandwagon overflowth.

and the royals get all sorts of new cash (they better rough ridin' spend it)!

yeah, if anything the new stud fans will keep the old dorks out of the park. nobody wants to see those idiots keeping score with their no. 2 pencil while listening to the radio broadcast anyway. the new blood is here, and it's much better blood. we need young loud energetic fans...and that's exactly what we have a shitload of.

Plus now like every person in this town has a new Royals shirt. Hopefully the stadium will look more awesome in the next few years with tons of 2014 WS gear and less Gil Meche give away jersey shirts.

Like, can we just end T Shirt Tuesday next year? They give away the stupidest shirts with a huge pepsi logo on the sleeve. They look awful. Now that we're studs we should be fine to fill the ballpark without giving away trash. Lets all make the commitment as a fan base to look the part from here going forward.

Nice for him.. but not so cool for those of us who suffered through years and years of being a season ticket holder until we were bled dry and could no longer afford to support the team financially, but still held strong as fans & watched religiously, and attended when we could.. Now being asked to pay over $600 per ticket just to walk through the door. But hey.. Hope SungWoo enjoys that Suite and First class Flight.. I'm sure he deserves it.

Which night of the World Series will be buck night? Game 2?

Buck nights are usually on Fridays. Game 1 is T-Shirt Tuesday, Game 2 is Student night (discount with a student ID), Game 6 is George Brett babushka doll give away, and Game 7 is retro night.

I really do love the royals, but I just can't justify dipping into my savings for that amount. It would be amazing and very memorable, but i'm really happy I got to see the Wild Card game. That's where it all started and i'm happy with that.

Now, if it was game 7 or the national championship for the qatz, then yeah, I'd pull the trigger.
