Why do we have a leadoff hitter we pinch run for and then that guy gets picked off? I mean.... What the? We pinch run for our "prototypical leadoff hitter" guys.

It's the major leagues. Play to win. He was pitching crappy. You have to pull him at that point. Who cares if he has a chance at the win. He now has the loss though.
baseball is the worst you guys
We called up some catcher today Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
With Salvador Perez ailing, the Royals promoted catcher Francisco Pena from Class AAA Omaha. To make room on the roster, they dispatched second baseman Johnny Giavotella back to the minors. Perez aggravated soreness in his right hand on Monday night. He is not expected to be available for the next few days, team officials say.Pena, 24, can make his big-league debut for a club to which he possesses longstanding ties. His father is Tony Pena, who managed the Royals from 2002 to 2005. His brother, Tony Jr., played for the team from 2007 to 2009.Pena was hitting .240 in Omaha with enticing power. His on-base plus slugging percentage was .849. He has homered nine times in his last 23 games. Once again, Giavotella failed to impress during a big-league stint. He hit .161 during a nine-game cameo. One of his hits was critical, a three-run, go-ahead home run in Seattle. But he provided no other extra-base hits.

Do we have the worst two active catchers on any roster in the majors right now in Hayes and Pena?
