it's too bad that when the royals do come back down to earth with their bats, their bullpen will start doing better.  it is a never ending cycle......advice to any royals fans:  expect to get last.....that way you can never get pissed.  there's my 2 cents, it will try to keep my royal bashing to a minimum.

O•M•G!!!! Why do I do this to myself?

Zack should just start refusing to come out of ballgames.

Why the eff didn't soria go in the 8th? This bullpen is a rough ridin' joke. If I were Zack greinke I'd be chewing out the whole bullpen right now. Hillman isn't helping matters either.

I could be wrong, but I think they were +.500 in 2002 or 2003.  I remember they had to go over .500 to exercise their option on Mike Sweeney's contract

Either way, 25 years of futility is wearing on me.  KC is such a great baseball town.  They win 3 games in a row and that stadium fills up.

2003: 83-79

Were in the hunt for the division title until they fell apart the last few series of the season.

Wade Davis  :flush:

No wonder Zack has mental problems.  He's given up 1 run in his last two outings and the Royals are 0-2

True... I believe Zach did get a handle on his anxiety issue and it helped him win a Cy Young last year. It was the Royals organizations patience and empathy that made this possible. Unfortunately, the fact that Zach IS a Royal will be the reason he relapses. Back down the rabbit hole Zach.

Gordon to Omaha to play left. Maybe the giant hole in his swing will get smaller in the outfield. :dunno:

It's beyond ridiculous the mess the roster is in.... Joe Pos says it well...

I just wish someone would be willing to take Guillen and his fat contract in exchange for a couple of bullpen pitchers. Make Kila the DH. Won't happen so don't even worry about thinking about this scenario.
