I obviously hope we win -- but it does us no good racking up wins by lucking out from playing the best. Our bigs need the experience, and our team collectively needs to learn how to execute far more efficiently. I'd rather lose and learn something rather than not face our flaws by playing overmatched competition.

Me. I will enjoy the meltdowns immensely. But yeah, being number 1 will be the best part. Happily, all these things come in a package deal.

MSU just barely eked out an 8-point win over a Div. II school. We will have just beaten two ranked teams including the #1. So I still think we would leap MSU.

I think so too.  On the back of our shitty showing vs Presby and a nice win over UF, OSU jumped us.  I can't imagine how wins over #18 and #1 wouldn't move the #4 upto #1.  (Plus, we still have the win over Va Tech.)  No one else has 3 wins over ranked teams, do they?
