While the story has been spun, I think it happened similar to what was stated. The key question to me is who sent it and how did they know where to send it. I just don't buy that is was some random thing.

Yeah a guy called in to BITB yesterday and said that he was at KSU and didn't even know where the compliance office is.  He said it jokingly, but I took the point.  I mean, I was up there 5 yrs too and also don't know where that office is and would have to actively look it up.

Someone either had malicious intent, or was earning pay.
