Social media continues to make it increasingly difficult to be a K-State fan. Far too much criticism & hate constantly being spewed in the wrong directions with little to no insight or basis for such behavior. It's constant and it's ridiculous and it's all happening because pointing a finger from behind a computer/phone is easy and, often times, anonymous.
Questioning in-game decisions, play calls, etc. is one thing. Belittling a coach, coaching staff, or player because you think you know the "real story" is completely another. It's sad and the whole thing has become an awful representation of the K-State fan base.
Passionate? No. This isn't passion. It's immature and idiotic because if fans had it their way, we'd have new players and new coaches every other day.

The PR people inside the KSUAD must have one of the easiest damn jobs in the world. The tuck horde will write their talking points themselves for absolutely no money whatsoever (as long as their head coaches are white and midwesterny).

based solely on jevon's previous history of violence this guy deserved it. probably based on many other things he may not have though.

Jevon's earned the benefit of the doubt in my vision-corrected eyes.

He was probably referring to this line: "But to win in Manhattan – to bring in players and win in one of the least desirable college towns in America – you need a certain kind of guy."

That's such an antiquated talking point.

It's stupid and borderline bigoted. There's also no surer way to find a moronic KU fan than one who thinks that talking point holds relevance or humor. Like a kid from Houston, Chicago, or DC is going to find any relevant differences between two Kansas cities with populations of less than 100,000 with strip malls and food chains on the east and west sides of town with a university and a bar district in the middle of said city.
