Edible Birds
If you think about it, every bird is edible. So I have to respectfully disagree.

plus you can't eat all birds, the poison birds of easter island are poisonous. So are hooded pitohuis, canaries, and most variety of yellow finch.
Back the rough ridin' truck up there Chings. For about two seconds we were on the same page, then you go and flip forward to Chapter 9: Majestic Birds of North America. Also I've eaten copious amounts of canaries and finches. COPIOUS AMOUNTS! It's all in how the breast meat is rendered. Canary meat is also very lean and low in sodium.
BTW, a more majestic bird that's also edible=Bald Eagle.
