No, but if you look at kstatesports.com, when they list the TV availability, if it's on FSKC, it says "available in KS and KC metro area only" or some crap like that. I always wondered why they would intentionally limit viewers like that. I got the ESPN Game Plan this year for football which was a total waste of money, cause most B12 games are on Fox anyway. The Fox sports package is only like $12 per mo. I did get ESPN Full Court cause it rocks and is WAY worth the $$ for us out-of-Kstaters.

Yeah.  The only logic I can come up with for the blackout is that it would compete with ESPN Full court.

If that's the case, than that is rough ridin' Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!).  I don't generally bitch about stuff like this but that is some serious nickle and dime crap.  No wonder my cable bill is always like twice the amount I originally expected to pay.
