I think we'd all say it was a pretty common trait of Snyder teams through most of the 90s. The problem is there were definite exceptions in 01, 04, and 05. I'd say last year they definitely got better as well.
This year, I could see where you'd say we've leveled off and we'll see a repeat of those bad seasons, but this team could also still be one that gets better and wins another 2 or 3 games.
