This pretty much needs to be put in place Monday morning. If I remember right, Pete, weren't you supposed to have at least a week's notice? I say we have some sort of "WATER IS CALM" variation on it.

I should note that I am not in favor of capping OB until we secure the final approval/plans of the West side expansion....let's use the old powertards for the one thing they are good for.

Now, let's hear why you're so against the idea. Other than it doesn't do anything to promote people getting cancer.
