would the conference entertain a vote to make those teams leaving the conference ineligible for the big 12 championship?

pretty sure there would be 10 yes votes, maybe 11 since buffie has nothing to lose and hates the nubs like everyone else

OU beats them in the title game thus proving that they can't ever win the conf title game against a south team.  Our criticisms are proven true, nu runs off to the big 10 for easier competition.
