I've been reading a lot lately about how the Football team is "angry" about the loss to Baylor, and how practice has been "aggressive" and guys are all peeved about not playing well.

I'm not used to this kind of rhetoric coming out of a team coached by Snyd's, particularly in the middle of the season.  This seems like stuff you read in August, not October.  I'd expect this if our team was coached by a Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!), like Mike Gundy or Ron Prince, not from a team coached by a guy that's had same answer to every question asked since 1989 (I'll admit he's opened up a little in his second run).

What do you think?  Is this just empty  :blah:, or should we expect an inspired performance on Saturday?

I'm skeptical

It's safe to say we could win by 4 touchdowns.

Team anger doesn't mean crap.  Fan anger on the other hand wins games (look at our bball team).

Plus, I'm pretty sure Gill and his team were "angered up" in that video following their loss to Baylor and look where it got them.  When sucky people get mad, they still suck.

".....The result was an especially contentious practice. Coffman declined to discuss the details — "I don't really want to talk about it," he said — but insisted there was no finger-pointing between the offense and defense.

Asked if the emotion had a positive effect, Coffman paused.

"Uh, somewhat," he said."

I want a dreamy looking QB like the kid from Michigan State who I saw being interviewed on the WWL while I was at the gym yesterday.

I don't want barn raiser anymore . . . do not want.

It's mainly just his homely appearance.

The  team needs to have swagger!! Like the old Miami teams where they would go out and rip your head off after every tackle. This K-State D is afraid of even making contact.

Too boyish. Not boyishly good looking. Boyish as in he's too young to do anything fun boyish.

We need d_scott to write a hard hitting piece about our offensive players getting all angered up this week.  Lots of angered up player quotes and a bunch of hyperbole and stuff.  The Pinstripe Bowl is fading fast and it could be our only hope.

Let's be honest, the defense needed to get back at the offense today and should've called them out during post game. Just another sign that our defense is full of FP's....

Zimmerman should of called out the coaching staff, offense and the rest of the defense.  He could probably leave the punter alone, but eff everyone else.

doubtful.  If he tried to hit someone he would have missed, fell down and rolled around on the ground
