The Announcement
« on: October 29, 2010, 09:43:32 AM »
I am taking my talents to Section 18.

Last night I inked a lucrative deal to be a Section 18'er.  This in no way reflects any dissatisfaction with Section 17.  Section 17 is still the angriest section in America and I plan on trying to translate that anger across the (very wide) aisle to Section 18.

Welcome to the big leagues, hoss.  Let's face it, you were a big fish in a little pond over there in 17.  It's time to see what you're made of.   :gocho:

I'd like to encourage EVERYONE to let cooler heads prevail.  Do NOT post in this thread until you have given yourself some time to sit and think this thing through.  What we do NOT need right now, is snap judgments, name calling, and general divisiveness.  We are ALL cats.

It is prolly a good idea to spread out a little bit.  Infect some others.  Spread the anger.

If nothing else, would make for more/better shirt tuck encounter stories.

Section 17er's everywhere today (except subsitute Limestone for "James").

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008

I have an eerie feeling someone is going to get point plank'd.. :ohno:
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

Section 18'er here, strongly ANTI-kellis in my hood but I too have sneaking suspicions that there are pro-kellis factions popping up in the vicinity. Too close for comfort if you ask me.

We must respect 17ers as they go through the 7 stages upon the news of Limestone's departure.

I will continue to be the class of Section 12.  Pexikan looks to be the Robin to my Batman this year after defecting from section 14

Awesome.  Section 17 is a state of mind, not a location.  It needs to be spread amongst OOD.

Agreed, but section 17 has the rare privilege of being in shouting distance of Kellis/Fitz.  I'm pretty jealous of that

Sat front row at Madness in section 11. Kellis was stationed in front of me, opposite side of the court where he usually is. Spent most of my time, crap, practically all of my time harassing him. I worked him over pretty well. Pissed off a lot of people, including Brittany Chambers grandfather. Appearently using the f-bomb and calling out Kellis' lifestyle choice and sexual preference doesn't fly very smooth over there.  :dunno:

if brittany chambers' grandfather was a better kstatriot he'd either have had a grandson or decided not to reproduce.  he didn't, so he's not, so his opinion is irrelevant.
