I know when I played college baseball, the rules were- If you got caught, you were tossed for that game and the next and so was your head coach. . . (still didn't stop most of us, but baseball is baseball)

Third string quarterback Quinn Mecham is listed as the starter on the latest KU depth chart, released today. Quarterbacks Jordan Webb and Kale Pick were injured in KU's 45-10 loss to Texas A&M. Mecham is listed as the starter for Saturday's game at Iowa State.

Jayhawk Head Coach Turner Gill announced running backs D.J. Beshears and running back Deshaun Sands have been suspended for the Iowa State due to a violation of team rules.
