If I were you I would take all of the cigarettes you have and take the tip and wipe your butt with them a little bit.. then you would see if you really want one or not

This would probably work super well.  Like write a book well.

Seems very Jack Handyee, which he sold books with philosophies far worse than this.

Oh, I also just stopped buying.  Like anything else... When you WANT to quit you can and will. if you don't WANT to quit you won't.  Pretty simple.  it's not like air/food/water... you can live without it.

in my early 20s I worked at a bar... I could smoke at work (while bartending). I sucked down about 2 packs a day until I was 27... messed around with quiting for a few years... then finally just made the decision to stop buying them.  I told myself... I don't smoke anymore.  Wasn't "Easy" but it was just a matter of not being weak and giving in to my craving.  Then I started feeling so much better I couldn't imagine doing it again.

I'm in the middle of quitting several bad habits, and resuming some good ones. You're right though, I'll prolly just to have to suck it up just like all the other stuff.

Think of all the money you will save by quitting tobacco products.  You can use that for steak/booze/prostitutes whatever or the other good habits you mentioned.
