I think it is one of those things we won't know until midway through the season. This to me is what will keep us from disappointing our ranking. We really needed another guard to compliment Pullen and if the others can't step up he's worth a lot of wins. But it feels like we'll lose a lot less than win a lot more if that makes any sense.

Going to have to find out. I propose each player takes 100 threes at opposite end of the court. They each are using only 1 ball for all 100 shots. When they are done, measure which ball has less cover left and that's our shooter.

55 but several numbers before that are also not legal.

00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 50, 52, 52, 53, 54, 55 are all legal #'s.

Doom is correct. You can't use a digit higher than 5. I believe it has to do with with the way referees report numbers to the scoring table.

Yeah, they always report it like "1...5" and hold up the corresponding fingers. Would be awkward to have to use two hands I guess.

Yeah, only up to five because of the fingers thing. NBA guys sometimes wear random ass numbers but I'm pretty damn sure the NCAA wouldn't tolerate that crap.
