Looking at ours and ku's roster, I assumed the total limit was 16.  If there's no limit, is there no correlation between Kruger and 95?  It wouldn't be that Frank doesn't want non-travelers in the program becasue we'll still be one over.

Didn't qualify out of high school, so he went to a FL juco.  Signed with us and transferred to Cloud.  (Didn't play at Cloud.). Didn't qualify again, then he finally qualified after we had all but given up on him ever playing here.  Oh, and 95!
