It seems like Liverpool is pretty close to signing him but the deadline isn't until August 31st. The transfer window is always crazy with rumors so it's hard to predict.

What's weak about that lineup? Those are all good players. Yes it's missing Bradley, Dempsey, Bocanegra, and Cherundolo. But it is still a strong team.

I love Terrence Boyd, and Wondo and Gomez are hot as eff recently. Can't stop scoring goals.

Also, sorry, but the last time you talked like that, you said SKC was going to get destroyed by Seattle in the USOC Final. And we all know how that turned out...

Oh crap. Didn't realize the game is in Mexico City. Yeah you're right Scott. We're going to lose. Probably would lose regardless, but if we field the best possible roster, it wouldn't be ugly.

fact of the matter the B- roster we put out there is going to get smashed by the A- roster Mexico is fielding no matter where it was, and yes I know I was pessimistic about the Seattle game but c'mon now being a KSU Cat fan along with a fan of KC area sports why should I be optimistic?

Very true. All that aside, I think Mexico has better talent now anyway. Like our best team isn't as good as theirs. Hopefully that changes by 2014.
