They're incredibly young, just one player older than 25 and that's Luke Ridnour.  Brady Morningstar would be the 5th oldest player on the roster.  They have 11 players with 3 or less years experience in the league.  They are still in rebuilding mode.  If anything they are exceeding their expectations.

Ran into Mike and Wesley Johnson at a posh, ultra-hip Portland establishment (http://departureportland.com/) last night - just walked in the door and BAM...there was Mike Beasley.   Effing amazing.  Such a beautiful man.  Didn't even realize the Timberwolves were in town.  Wanted to ask him to pose for a picture, but I hate the idea of bugging celebrities when they're trying to eat dinner.  He seemed to be enjoying Portland.  Mike must have had a nutritious, delicious meal - notched 33 points on 12/24 shooting and 6 boards.  Not bad.

I've always figured carmelo was a great beasley comparison. he's not a great all-around player but the kid can score. carmelo has done pretty well for himself too.

beasley got hurt last night. andrew bynum fouled him and made no attempt for the ball and was ejected. michael hit the ground hard. he made his free throws then left the game and didn't return. you can see a replay of the hit (starts about a minute into the video)
