That one episode where Zach OD'ed on caffeine pills still resonates with me to this day.  I will not touch energy drinks because of it.

Uh, Jessie?

Guilty pleasure for sure... I always admitted to hating the show, but in the next breath said I've seen every episode.

The lack of belts worn in that show was infuriating.

SD, I think you are confused. It was Jessie that was gone, not Kelly. I can only imagine what SBTB would be like without Kelly.

Am I the only one that found it weird that Zach & Tori had a thing? It was like the jock and a dike going out together IMHO. Gotta love the episode where Zach is in detention and has to get to the Max in order to win the trip to Hawaii though. One of my personal faves.

Jessie and Kelly were both gone when Torrie was in.

School song epi, FTW.  ("Home, home at our school.  Where the Swiss steak makes everyone drool.")

There's a site where you can get washed up actors (like Todd Bridges) to call your friends.  A few years ago, we had Mr. Belding call a friend and wish her happy birthday.  Sadly, it's less funny and more awkward/sad than you might think.

During the "No Hope With Dope" episode, the cast members were all smoking weed in their dressing rooms. Diamond doesn't reveal that much about the drugs floating around the cast, but does say that "the 'No Hope With Dope' episode ended up being a huge hit ... I just can't help but think of all the off-camera drinking and recreational drug use being indulged in by the cast members during that time ... I could even smell a certain 'smoke' wafting from the crack beneath Tiffani's dressing room."

Sorry dude, I must of skipped over it when scrolling.  Also, I heard on an interview (not sure who but probably DD), that Zach was on steroids during The College Years which is why he looks so much bigger in that series.

Mancuso was 18 years older than Diamond but, he says, from the moment they met she treated him like an equal. Eventually, as he got older, that turned into a sexual relationship. As I read this I kept thinking, "Wow, this is really specific and controversial stuff to be saying about this woman who he seems to really care about -- how pissed off is she going to be?" Then I got to the point where he reveals that she died from cancer in 2003. She was 44 at the time of her death.

I was sooo close to buying the "Behind The Bell" book by Screech. Decided not to because it would be hard to decipher the fake stuff from the real stuff. Plus it would kind of change my opinion of the show/characters. :frown:

BTW. I totally forgot about the school song epi. Zack's song was redic. Should've won easily. Can't hate on the song that won though (screech's that got totally changed by the crew).

Quite aggressively too might I add. Chub was at half mast.
