Turner Gill: 1-0 when team scores 42 points in 4th quarter.
I love how Turner basically just stole a year from Hawkins' contract (no racist). Can you imagine what it will be like when he gets his own elite recruits in there?
"That guy right there, he's one of the greatest coaches I've ever been around," defensive back Tyler Patmon said. "He's always supportive, always positive. It feels great to get this win for him."
Tyler Patmon tells the haters to STFU!Quote"That guy right there, he's one of the greatest coaches I've ever been around," defensive back Tyler Patmon said. "He's always supportive, always positive. It feels great to get this win for him."
Toben_Opurum35 - Lol UDK is a joke. We lose...we're wrong. We win...we're wrong. That's alright...we do it for us...not ya'll.
UDK?
Rumblings that they changed things up in Lawrence. It's no longer "Block, Tackle, Catch, and Throw", it's now "Block, Tackle, Throw, and Catch". A minor change, but it makes all of the difference.
I don't know how anyone could list to TGs show and gain any confidence in him as a coach. I know public speaking isn't a pre-requisite for being a football coach, but they guy can barely string together coherent sentences or thoughts. All it does is add to the perception he is in over his head and doesn't have the intelligence to be a head coach. He really can't articulate any sort of intelligent thought. He just repeats the same phrases and words over and over.Contrast that with Reggie Mitchell who I heard on the radio this week. He was well-spoken, articulate, and made some really intelligent points about the program.I recognize radio interviews aren't the benchmark for coaching ability, but it really makes you wonder if TG is intelligent enough to be a head coach.
