I saw that as well....awesome.  The bad part is that right now the trip would take about three generations to get there.  That sucks crap for that "middle" generation that has to just live and die on the rough ridin' spaceship, ya know?

The year-round, 24 hour "shorts weather" region sounds like an awesome golfing destination.  We should probably send good golfers and a bunch of migrant workers on the first vessels bound for that planet...their grandkids will be the first architects and greens keepers of the new world.

I am going to rally up support for a lot of folks to head out that way.  Then when the ship is taking off, I am going to say, "I'll be right back, I forgot my house key", but never come back.  I will sit back on my newly cheap land and watch a bunch of losers fly off.
