I was making a joke, as I think most others were. One of the other sites was a sponsor and had a table and the guys from that site were drunk and made asses of themselves. I started a thread about it last night and this morning it was deleted. I then made a joke about it because of the fights over Twitter posts from the last few days. I don't expect the staff to cover every catbacker event, but I think this is the only basketball specific catbacker event so it might have been worth sending someone to cover it.

K-State routinely runs out teams that begin the season in the Top-10 and are a unanimous pick to win the Big 12, in addition to challenging for the National Title. It's become way too redundant to be covering these. GPC reporters need to look for different angles rather than just writing articles on a Big 12 Coach of the Year and a preseason All-American.
