She requested he not be fired - she would have felt guilty for taking away a father's ability to provide for his kid and pregnant wife. She said her boss was willing to fire him if she wanted. He had been written up for sexual harassment before and they caught him doing it on camera.
Her boss is limp dick. It is not up to the employee if the dude should be fired. They have him on camera. They are setting a precedence that sexual harassment in the workplace is allowable. What a shitty place to work. Tell her to quit.
Yeah, I was surprised he wasn't instantly fired too, especially since their boss (the owner) is a woman. I can see an idiot male boss just blowing it off as a "bitches be trippin" sort of thing but it really surprised me that sexual harassment isn't grounds for an instant firing in a business owned by a female. Maybe she's also overly sympathetic and forgiving like my girlfriend.
