Sweet; now the coach just has to go 114-38 over the next 12 years, win 9+ games ten times, and win 11 games 5 times.  Seems like it's pretty much a done deal.

I saw their score pop up.  They beat UConn, a team that was supposedly going to contend for the Big East Title, they still might.   Remember the Big East gave Temple the boot a few years ago, that wasn't thinking about giving them the boot, they gave them the boot.  

In addition, as someone who follows the business of college football.   Temple didn't go out and borrow $4 million dollars (a huge amount of money in 1989-1990 for any athletic department to spend) from the Temple Foundation to pay assistant coaches, and they certainly don't have a multi-multi millionaire Rancher/ADM board member and a multi-multi millionaire grain mill operator stepping up with millions more dollars just a couple of years later.  

So yes, if the trend continues it perfectly applicable to consider that we MIGHT be seeing a NEW greatest turnaround of all time.

But then again, for the average or in jt's case the above average powerespect type.  Any such discussion is an immediate attack on all things K-State and thus an attack on their self esteem.

Never said that borrowing the money was dumb and never said there was anything wrong with boosters donating money.    But there was a reason why Wefald then laid down the law that the athletic department would never again be allowed to borrow money from the Foundation under his watch, but then again, this is all way over your little King of all Powertards head.
