THIS, thats why I am pulling for those two. The lack of a playoff system is a joke. There is no valid argument against a playoff.

Seems to me that we would have been able to make a 16 team playoff in 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, and 2003.

An outside shot at a national championship is better than no shot at all, especially when all tiebreakers in the polls go to traditional powers (Nebraska, Notre Dame, Ohio State, etc.)
