I would go ahead and expect a C&D letter from the Heisman Trophy Trust on that second one... can't use the word Heisman without permission and without the trademark symbol. FYI

How about just adding some spaces or dashes to make it HE IS MAN  or HE-IS-MAN and work something around that.
