I think phog.net's server just went down...seriously.
You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.

Trap game dudes, they'll turn it around.  I bet they score at least 3 touchdowns this year.  Next year?  Definite dark horse to win the Big 12.  Just look at BMW's recruiting thread.

I just hope that the Kansas Board of Regents doesn't tie us together when conference realignment happens again.  :ohno:

Almost assures a 10 game losing streak for KU; I wonder if any team has ever been ranked #15 and then lost their next 10 games in a row.

There is nothing better than driving back from MHK after a win and listen to Bob and Co. call a KU loss.  There were some absolutely priceless moments on the radio tonight. :driving:

This is incredible.  With the efforts of Prince and Gill, there may never be a black head coach hired again.  Hell, they're setting the entire civil rights movement back several decades.     :opcat:

I won't say anything about ku because it happens.  But I always laugh at the "so and so looked mediocre" . . . yes Missouri and K-State did look mediocre.   Missouri and K-State were playing teams from BCS conferences, with BCS conference athletes, teams with coordinators getting paid more than the entire NDSU coaching staff combined gets paid.

There's a difference.

Anybody heard of Norm Chow over there in Tardville??

It happens?

It doesn't happen all that often (FCS beating a BCS team).

Quote
1 - NDSU scored 6 points, 3 of which were the direct result of a turnover.  They finished the game with fewer than 170 total yards.  They averaged 2.3 ypc and 12-22 passing.  They did get 10 first downs, so maybe that is why people think the d-line got dominated.  They ran the ball 32 times, so when they had the ball the clock was running and thus they led in time of possession.

2 - All but one player from an offensive line that dominated Nebraska 11 months ago is still on this team.  There is talent in the offensive line corps, but it wasn't used properly tonight.

3 - There were open receivers all night but once Pick lost his confidence he had tunnel vision.  It happens, sadly it happened tonight against a FCS team.

So yes, I say this KU team has more physical talent than last year's K-State team.  You could clearly see it on the field, but neither the execution nor the play calling were there to capitalize.  If the coaching staff pulls that together, as K-State did in 2009, this team can win 4 conference games.

Anyone who didn't see the talent on the field tonight is blinded by the loss.

Maybe one of the best things I've ever seen.  They're trying to find a way to convince themselves that our 6-6 season last year is the new benchmark

I personally witnessed K-State lose to several D1AA teams.    LHC Bill Snyder lost to Northern Iowa.   In 1992 K-State needed to stop an Indiana State PAT and run it back for 2 to win that game.

Of course the major difference is . . . K-State wasn't 3 years removed from the Orange Bowl, and was during part of the period the worst program in the country.

ku has now lost 8 straight games.   It will likely be 9 after next weekend.
