man, I loved, LOVED going to KSU Volleyquatz gamez when I was in MHK.  I went to almost all sports, just loved the KSU Volleyquatz a lot (ahearn, were good, were hot, etc).

Volleyball can be pretty fun to watch in person. Went to a lot of Texas State bobquatz matches myself...even called a couple. They're pretty good and they get a decent fan following too.

The bigger question though is did you go to any rowing or equestrian matches

Looking at the pictures, the new stands are a significant upgrade and make Ahearn one of the better volleyball facilities around.

Me too. Pretty good atmosphere, place was pretty much filled up.

been to all four games. lotsa fun. first game and the friday night game were packed and loud with students. friday afternoon and saturday night still had a better than expected turn out from the students. Saturday had alot of families in the upper deck. can get real loud. other teams look scared when they come. very angry volleyquatz fan base imo

I used to date a chick that played V-Ball at WSU and she said that playing @ KSU was very intimidating.  WSU won the valley that year and actually played KSU in a spring tournament that was basically meaningless, so that even furthers the impressiveness of her comment.
