well, it seems the Nobel Peace Prize Winner (remember kids, he's not a Neo Con . . . pffftttt) is up to . . .

It appears that U.S. Cruise Missile, Drone and Bombing activity will increase in Yemen (amazingly the U.S. has launched multiple cruise missile attacks in Yemen in the last 5 to 6 months, but the fawning MSM pretty much pays no attention to it . . . after all their guy is propagating the "right war").

But thank goodness, after 17 f'ing months in office, Barry finally got around to nominating a real candidate for Inspector General at the CIA.    What . . . with his administration constantly pushing their "anti terror" operations into the shadows at the CIA and contractors, what does the CIA need with an Inspector General anyhow??  But remember kids . . . he's not a Neo-Con!!

Yes, the first 18 or so months in office has seen Barry Obama aka The Nobel Peace Prize winner spread U.S. firepower and global hegemony across the entirety of the central asian region and parts of Africa  . . . but always remember, he's not a Neo-Con.

Oh and case you forgot, Barry and Hillary want to remind you that:  They attacked us on 9-11, and they might get nuclear weapons (FYI:  They is not to be confused with Them).

Next time we'll discuss:  Pre Crime in Washington D.C., Mobile full body scanning vehicles, and the record applications for domestic survalliance drones being made to the FAA by Federal, State and Local law enforcement.    But hey, remember, Barry was going to roll back all those anti-civil liberties measures when he was elected . . . and remember . . . he's not a Neo-Con.

Thanks to the WaPo and Beltway Weekend Warriors he'll get lots of credit for being "tough" on terror and for "sending the right message."

What a farce, a deadly, dangerous farce.  I saw a week or so ago that McCain tweeted that we had "won" in Iraq despite the continued construction of ENORMOUS permanent U.S. bases there and 50,000 troops there as "advisers."  I am left with the rotten, hollow hope that somehow Obama will clean up Gitmo, hold Cheney, Woo et. al. accountable for their war crimes (or at least grant immunity and proceed with a thorough investigation of the crimes committed) but he seems comfortable continuing this expansion of Executive power.  And why shouldn't he?  No one will attack him for it because it is the new consensus.  That anyone who's rights are trampled is probably guilty, that national security will forever trump due process and that torture is not torture.

The logic is infallible if you demand that it be so long enough.

The Cheney war crimes thing makes you sound like (more of) a loon.  No wonder no one cares to listen to the left wingnuts anymore.

I'm digging this Obama guy, he is as bloodthirsty as the last dude.  Gotta hand it to him, he loves him some war.

Pretty sure that's why Pete liked him so much.

Did I say that?

We've been through this a million times.  Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Woo and many others should be charged with war crimes for violating U.S. law.

He may be awfully weak on the economy, but even Repubs have to admit, he is pretty good at bombing the crap out of the middle east.

Not terrible, but his swinging by their nutsack supporters won't admit it.  They're just silent.  Willing to give a pass to the same things they criticized Bush for.

I'm drunk btw.

Nothing says don't worry about your privacy like the Developing Pentagon "Cyber Strategy" . . . designed to "protect" us.  (I won't even discuss the growing relationship between those freedom loving mega liberals at Google and our U.S. Government).

Not to mention the billions the NSA has spent on cyber surveillance systems, and opening over 2 million net new square feet of "Data Mining" centers.

Big Sis is gonna get her due.

Please focus on Obama being the most feared man in the ME.  Helps me sleep at night.  I bet he has something really diabolical cooked up for Iran....

Actually, if you think about it, if they go after Iran, there's pretty much going to be a huge mess.   But rest assured if they do, the average Obamabot is going to be there to defend it every step of the way.

In other "Change" news, 19 months later, and still nary a hint of a direct order to close Gitmo . . . . remember how all the Obamabots were so orgasmic about the executive order that addressed Gitmo??  (even though those of us who actually read the whole thing knew it was nothing about absolute Bull$hit fluff).

Love Obama's style.  He continues to be an ass kicker.  I bet some of those Taliban at Gitmo were all excited to be let out....lol, obama reeled them in!

I just hope Israel takes out Iran before we can get there. We don't need to make that region anymore of a mess than what we've already created

Israel should be everyone's hero. What other nation gives the big, "eff You" to everyone else and does what they know is right? Our leaders could only hope to be so strong.

In fairness, it's easy to act tough when you have the US to get your back.

Please don't pretend that without the US, Israel would even exist (it wouldn't).

Although your logic is correct, we have to remain on their side. Without the US as the big brother in the background, Israel has no other choice but to nuke their enemies. Either that, or they get wiped out.

Not denying that's true, or that we shouldn't be involved.  Just saying the standard line of "look how badass Israel is!" is pretty empty.  They have our guns, planes, money and reinforcements.  I'd be pretty tough too if I knew The Incredible Hulk had my back.

Wasn't sure where to put this. But Yemen's president recently endorsed US drone strikes on AQAP targets in his country and defended it by assuring that "drone technology is more advanced than the human brain."

In my head, I can picture the dudes that sold him on that line laughing hysterically and high-fiving "OMG HE ACTUALLY SAID IT!  "

"How will I recruit to Manhattan? Well, distance. And the proud state of basketball. It start there, and then daily flights to Dallas, because I'm really good at going out. Like top five good. Ask my wife. She wants me to be happy."

Oh man. The guy that sent this to me also said that the statement (along with the FAST team that arrived after the film protests) made "hadi and all his security staff high value targets"

:horrorsurprise:
