I was there in the 90s bro.  I was in Lawrence in '08 too and watched KU murder us and stayed through the whole bloodbath, just to foster the hatred.  It's okay to be happy when we beat KU.

In reference to raising expectations...sure the 90's and early 00's were way more fun in football (I mean, the stadium used to be full and crap), but we have to be the best team in the state before we can be the best team in the conference.
