there should be some way to integrate the agent into the ncaa regulations allowing contact between player and agent.   maybe you could have ncaa licensed agents who would be allowed to talk to players.  if something improper happens then the agent loses their license and ability to make a ton of cash.

just not sure the ncaa could handle overseeing this
