I don't think SD wants us talking about the lawsuit guys.  Just makes things more difficult in the long run...really draws this thing out.  If you are really a fan of goEMAW, you want this thing behind us ASAP

So, hypothetically, when a court issues a gag order because of multiple media inquiries into the matter the parties are strictly prohibited from even indirectly commenting on the litigation.  And hypothetically, to disobey this order is contempt which could result in jail time.  This is all just a hypothetical discussion of some hypothetical case some guy I know read about.
