Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

Kietz is such an idiot sometimes.  He clearly had been reading the Fitz/goEMAW spat re: "know your sports seasons!"

Kietz is such an idiot sometimes.  He clearly had been reading the Fitz/goEMAW spat re: "know your sports seasons!"

yeah, he was pretty caught off guard as well. one of the few times someone had completely silenced BITB.

To be fair, the caller was totally more nervous than a 6th grader at a school dance and didn't really make any points, so I'm not sure we can say that BITB was caught off guard. I think he just chooses to be an ass to K-stateo from time to time so he can claim to not be a K-state homer. (which he really is not, he just chooses to really drive the point home from time to time.)

Yeah, that guy was hilarious.  That guy was definitely NOT K-stateo.  He was talking about basketball OUT OF SEASON!  K-stateo has already forgot anyone on the basketball team's name and is concerned about the tailgate calendar, carson coffman or klein winning the starting job, that thomas kid and "hearing the linebackers might be better!"
