Also, the Jerrys Bait Shops in KC bought the old Pyramid Pizza recipes. Sundays are like BOGO or something like that. Also delicious.
Trim, JWichita, MIR, Others - Whats the opinion on Yia-Yia's? I am apparently going there in a couple weeks.

I am apparently going there in a couple weeks.I bussed tables there when I was in high school. The food's pretty good. Also, a couple years ago two teachers from one of the Wichita private schools--Independent, I think--were fired after a cell phone video of them boning in the Yia Yia's bathroom was posted online. So the restaurant has that going for it.

Eagle reviewed it recently: http://www.kansas.com/2010/07/23/1415776/wine-dive-pleasant-surprise.htmlHit that some other night when you won't have to drive away from a madhouse and back into it after a little bit. You can park for the concert in my spot if you want.JW gets first crack at sketching out pak plans for that day.

Not sure who you met RE: the owners of the wine dive. Vin Zant doesn't live in Wichita but it's possible you met him.
But they are a Catholic family who lives on the eastside, so I would imagine there are more of them in the area.
