well it seems the Oread Hotel overbooked on Dillons Sunflower Showdown day, and a bunch of Tardvillites aren't to happy about it since they got the boot.

I

it's because a bunch of BSAC types are taking over the place and using their buddy Bobby Pottroff to supplant the squawks. It's about time somebody put a decent hotel in that town so people don't have to stay in those other fleabags that force people to Overland Park for accommodations.

Supossed to be the nicest hotel in lawrence. Which is like being the smartest kid in summer school. It is also right across from that dump they call a stadium.

I would stay at springhill suites. Especially for a bball game. Eldgridge being runner up.

lol would love to meet the English major who put the restaurant/bar descriptions together

Also have a friend who was just at this place and said it was weak, but a great effort and the most that could be expected of larrytown. Not sure when squawks will have a chance to come in from baling hay and patronize this place but who knows, maybe it'll actually succeed.
