Watching Denver's receiver's in person showed me how terrible our WRs really are.

But another point, Alex doesn't give many of them the time of day anyway.  There are too many plays to count where he doesn't even look down the field at all.  Now, is this because he knows they are terrible and refuses to try, or is he captain checkdown like everyone says.  Probably the latter, and I've been defending him mostly.

He did take some shots, and there should have been a few catches on his deep throws (Avery) but overall he doesn't look towards WR's.

You can get a game changing WR at the end of the first round.  If that's not #1 priority going into the draft, and in free agency, someone needs to be hit.

We do something other than turn the ball right back over, we have a ballgame on the road with the Super Bowl favorites.  Clearly the offense still has a ways to go, but I'm not worried.  We also clearly need to keep winning the TO battle.  We are coming off a 2-14 season and I would say we have a 20% chance or so of making the Super Bowl.
