which NFL team (with a QB not on their rookie contract) has the most fun offense?

- buffalo? they scored 16 and 20 in losses to the jets and jaguars. is that fun?
- detroit's offense is fun, but they scored 21 and 20 against the only two top half defenses they've faced, which is not very fun.
- la chargers? herbert was just signed to an extension this year so they haven't really felt the effects of that yet, but they did put up 24 on the titans and raiders which might have been fun? idk i didn't watch.
