I've had nightly dreams of mahomes with a horrible hat on lifting a big silver football trophy.

i had a dream last night, which caused me to wake up and took me like 30 minutes to get back to sleep.  Mahomes is leading the team down the field at the end of the game down one and out of time outs.  They get down in fg range, inside the 20, and the clock is running and the offense rushes off the field and the fg unit is running on.  they line up quick, and get the snap off with 2 seconds left.  the holder gets the snap, stands up and throws a td pass to a tight end over the middle who was wide open as everyone was trying to block the fg as time expires.  tv camera pans up to the press box, and it's LHC Bill Snyder with a head set as a wry smile appears on his face. 

i laid in bed trying to sleep thinking how did they have the balls to run a fake there, at the time i'm pretty sure i thought it was still real.

i kept thinking how could they do a fake like that with everyone running on/off the field in such caos, it was so brilliant, i marveled at it.  then it dawned on me bill effing snyder called the game winning play to win a super bowl, and i felt so glad for him, it was a whirlwind

last monday was pure elation
tues-friday, started thinking abt the 49ers
last weekend was pretty laid back, just resting up
this week, mon-wed was really breaking down x's and o's and the matchup, etc
today i have massive F arounds and it's like holy F the chiefs are in the super bowl wow
i'm scared for saturday. i have no plans and the nerves are gonna start to hit hard
sunday will be a blur. i hope to high five/hug some of you bros after

Heard on radio row today that the players get two tickets to give away and up to 13 tickets to purchase at face value in the good areas of the stadium. Stubhub’s cheapest ticket right now is 5K for nose bleeds (a piece). 2,000 plus a guest by the owner for employees, I’ll take that as pretty awesome no matter what. Kingsbury gave one of his extra tickets to Mahomes HS coach (nfl head coaches get 4)so I’d say it’s still pretty badass janitors are getting tickets too and Mahomes HS coach didn’t make the final cut out of the 15 he had to give.
