Not a good look, and I agree a light suspension is probably required (1-2 games). But honestly, after watching the video, not that big of a deal. The girl fell down as a result of the general melee. And that "kick" was more symbolic than harm-inducing.

The kick was moreso an expression of his consternation. Expressive conduct should be protected, in my view. I believe 9 members of the United States Supreme Court would agree with me.
