Our safety play has been way worse than CB play.  It wasn't a good night for CBs last night, especially Scandrick. If you look at PFF grades and Passer Rating allowed by our 3 CBs, it's good enough.

Hot take coming....We are 9-2 with losses of a field goal to two of the five best nfl teams on the road. This is bananas and I am beyond excited. This isn’t flukey. Also who gives a crap if we win or lose that game. I mean yeah I’d rather win but who really cares. It’s the regular season. Take a week off, get a little healthier and go kick some ass after the bye and into the playoffs. This is the most excited chiefs fans should be since Montana. We have a legitimate super bowl shot.

KC is not carrying a 3rd string QB - so Berry is 'filling' that active spot. If KC put him on IR, expecting him to play later in season, that leaves them with only 1 of 2 "IR Designated to Return" slots available, which they just used on Sorenson. Would leave them unable to use one on a surprise in-season injury, like say, Tardiff. Who could be back mid December.

Heck yes. If the top teams in football besides KC are some version of New England, Rams, Saints, Chargers, Bears, Steelers, we have played 4 of them ON THE FREAKING ROAD AND LOST BY A COMBINED 6 POINTS. New England just got blown out by the Titans. The Steelers have a freaking tie with Cleveland and what's their best win? Panthers at home or Jacksonville on the road? The Chiefs should absolutely be the AFC favorite and Chiefs fans should absolutely get their hopes up at the possibility of a Super Bowl.
