I can see another year of Reid if they want to put the blame on Smith as he moves on. Just too much conservative offense between Reid and Smith. Maybe Mahomes can even that out.

But there are people on this board who want Reid to stay so he can continue to get the Chiefs to the playoffs and lose in the first 2 rounds.

You could give those same win numbers to Reid. Also, are there people that want to keep Alex around?

I think you give Reid a year with Mahomes to show improvement. As with Alex, Reid puts out a lot of wins but the goal is to win the Super Bowl and the only question is how much of this ceiling is due to him and how much due to Smith. We'll have a better idea next year.
