for all of the kc chiefs fans on the board and in our fair city, i hope you are right.  their suffering must come to an end eventually.
i don't dislike the chiefs, just not a fan of the nfl.  i do kind of like the playoffs though except for the super bowl which is like the boringest movie ever (think English Patient type level of boring)

I'm the same way. I watch bits and pieces its the same way with the NBA for me.. playoffs tho

The average NFL game is so, so much more watchable than the average NCAA game. Games like Clemson/Alabama are not the norm, so many college games are 42-6 in the 3rd quarter.

I for one am excited to get with friends on Sunday, eat some good snacks, and possibly have a few adult beverages. The postseason is so much more fun when your team is in it. I want this one for Eric Berry.

I get that. I like the NFL, but usually only watch Chiefs or good teams. I never watch the Thursday night Jags/Titans matchup or anything. Almost never watch MNF unless it has a really good matchup or fantasy implications.

but there's 300 ncaa games on every saturday and i can find the good ones and watch them

no, it's just that the chiefs haven't done anything ever except for some old balls time ago when len dawson pulled down heaters on the sidelines
and they're not very good
it'd be pretty unwise to believe anything other than what always happens, is going to happen
