I've been number one all effing season but the dude I"m playing's team has clicked as of late.  I scored 200 more points than him over the year but the projections for our game have me up by 3 points.  the other game on the schedule is projected like 15 points lower than ours.  I will be effing pissed if I lose.

in my league guy squeeked into the playoffs at 6-7 and now has a good chance to win the thing. Vick carried his ass, now Nicks is back.

Here's one...

I've got Foster and McCoy as my RB's

Choice Austin, Nicks, and Britt at WR.  Nicks for sure.  The other?

Then, with the one I don't choose, do I use him or Blount at flex?  Blount plays Detroit, Britt against Houston, neither good against the run/pass respectively.

Austin for sure. Nicks hasn't done jack for a while. Blount as the flex. Never Britt, except for that one week when he had 41 points. But besides that, never.

Austin hasn't had 100 yds since week 8.  Most of those were under 60.  Only 3 TD's in those weeks, with 2 of them in the same week.  Trouble is, he only had 7 yds to go with them.  Nicks had 120 last week and is probably my best option.  Britt is back to 100% and still looked good whether VY or KC were under center earlier in the year.

This is also the other league that I had besides goEMAW that I had Rodgers.  Luckily I have Ryan and Roethlisberger in for relief.  Or should I pick up Tebow?  He's such a Godly man and all that he must be good at football.

I know, but Austin has a much better chance to explode than Britt. I never, EVER trust a player their first week back at 100%. It takes a game back to get back into the routine. This is the same philosophy I would use to tell you to NOT start Tebow. My league hands out a crap ton of points for QB's who rush, so Roethlisberger would be my choice. But in any standard league, I think Ryan is a pretty great start.

Britt was back last week.  3 or 4 catches for 40 yds.

And I should have used the sarcasm font when talking about Tebow.

Sorry, was unaware about Britt. And the sarcasm, but I'm glad it was there. I always trust a player who has had more big games, like Austin. But you seem to be leaning towards Britt pretty hard, and if you choose Austin and he does poorly while Britt does well, I'll feel really bad. So at this point, I'd say Britt.

Dirty Sanchez, I hope you went with Britt. Sorry I doubted you.

Should I give up on Hillis? I have Chris Johnson and Steven Jackson. Jackson is always good for a 10-13 pt range, usually not much higher, rarely much lower. Johnson is so hit-or-miss. Not surprised when he gets 25 pts, and not surprised when he gets 2 pts. Thoughts?

Wow, sorry I didn't check on this this weekend. Dirty, always, and I mean ALWAYS start a receiver playing Houston. I don't care who it is.

Hope you all did well. I won my week by 30 points. On to the Championship now.

I'm playing turns cats trashy, and he is a lurker on this thread, so I'm not going to be able to give out too much strategy. Will still try to help those who need it some though.

That was my main argument and why I made the ultimate decision to go with Britt.  I left Austin on the bench.

Josh picked a good week to throw 5.  Too bad I was only in the 3/4 game instead of the Champ.

I can't decide if I should play all my guys who aren't going to make the playoffs (Chris Johnson, Peyton Hillis, Miles Austin), or if I should pick up Blount and Mike Williams assuming that the Bucs will be playing their hearts out to get into the playoffs.
